Seven historic buildings on Wellington Street, one of them a former rectory, brought together behind their retained facades around a new five-storey glazed atrium. 146 keys with fitted kitchenettes, over an all-day café, a cocktail bar and a rooftop bar for the private club. Managed from concept design through to handover.

Retrofit & refurbishment · 70 keys

A £2m soft refurbishment across three adjoining period buildings, opened in six months as an aparthotel of 70 keys with a kitchenette in every room. Delivered for a co-living operator moving into hospitality, with systems, staffing and operating procedures in place for the first day of trading.

A former police station remodelled and extended from five storeys to nine as a 206-key hotel, keeping the bulk of the existing structural frame and basement behind a rebuilt white brick facade chosen to sit better with the Georgian and Victorian streets around it. Taken from brief and feasibility through to the end of technical design.

Refurbishment & conversion · 236 keys

Eleven Victorian townhouses on Harrington Gardens knitted together behind the retained facades into a 236-key Residents Club. Studios through to three-bedroom flats, arranged around four new atriums, with a pool, gym, screening room, bars and private dining below.
