A small practice that takes large projects seriously.
Dpoint Projects was founded on a simple frustration at how often good schemes are compromised by the way the project is managed. We set out to be the steady presence on a project, holding the whole thing together while everyone else looks after their part.
Dovile Ruginyte
Dpoint Projects is led by its founder, Dovile Ruginyte – a project manager with hands-on experience delivering construction, fit-out and hospitality development projects across London. She started the practice to bring that same careful, close-up management to clients directly.
She is certified at PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner level, and an associate member of the Institute of Sustainability and Environmental Professionals (ISEP), so environmental performance is dealt with in the brief rather than at handover.
She is calm and methodical, and stays close to the detail. She keeps the programme realistic and the budget under control, and makes sure the client knows where things stand from the first idea through to final handover.
What you can expect
Plain speaking
We tell clients what they need to hear early, even when it is the harder conversation. A problem raised in week three is cheaper than one found at handover.
Detail where it counts
We keep a firm grip on the things that move a project – the programme, the budget, the decisions – without the process getting in the way.
On your side
We act for you, not the contractor. Your interests come first, in every meeting and every decision, from the first appointment to the final account.
Built to last
Good management should outlive the project. You are left with records you can actually use, and a team that knows how the building works.
From first sketch to keys in hand.
We can join at any point, but we are at our best across the full RIBA Plan of Work – carrying knowledge from one stage to the next.
Strategic definition & brief
Feasibility, brief and budget. We help test whether it stacks up before you commit.
Design & coordination
Helping appoint the team, managing design, and keeping cost and programme on track.
Construction
On site, keeping the contract on track and chasing the detail that keeps work moving.
Handover & in use
Snagging, completion and a tidy close-out, so the building works from day one.
Let's talk about your project
Whether you are appraising a site or already on the programme, we are happy to talk through how we could help.
